If you haven’t already signed up, a visit to the Tour de Lis Web site, with alarming cancer statistics (i.e. One in three people will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime) and moving stories of how cancer has impacted so many lives, will convince you to do so. The stories of the survivors – and those who have lost loved ones – would convince anyone to ride, regardless of ability. In fact, everyone is welcome to join in – just one more way that the Tour de Lis is not your average bicycle race.
